Had a unit here for 5yrs staff was great and place was kept up with. As soon as new owners took over it looks like a bad crack neighborhood. I started to get roaches in my stuff. Gate was broken grass never cut and trash everywhere. DO NOT RENT HERE THERE ARE PLENTY OF BETTER OPTIONS AROUND AND ALOT CHEAPER!!!

Angela was wonderful with helping me. The lock that was provided did not work so I provided my own lock and when I let her know she gave me a $10 credit.

I was NOT called or emailed regarding the recent breakin that occurred at this location. One of the employees was told while he happened to be onsite and saw all the damage. Granted, our particular unit was not disturbed, but I would expect at a minimum an email from the company describing what happened, and what they plan on doing about it. Could be me next time.

Update!! This has nothing to do with Ailene - she was GREAT! My review is now a 1 star. I got to storage place to put my belongings in the unit. Upon arrival the gate was stuck open about 3 to 4 feet. Put code in and gate wouldn't move at all. Called number and spent approximately 15 minutes with man giving me different codes to try. Nothing! I was beyond frustrated. Got my belongings in the truck and can't get in gate to unload. Finally I just asked for a refund. Couldn't find any other storage facility that I could afford to put my stuff. So had to bring it to my son's house. Ya'll need to have a 24 hour technician or someone on site during business hours. I was highly disappointed I couldn't use my storage unit. The gate needs to be fixed. Nobody is going to be able to get in to access their belongings.
