We arrived in October and couldn't have lucked upon a more perfect place to park ourselves while working this long-term job near Orange, TX. From the moment we got here we knew we had found the perfect place to call home. Having just came from a long vacation on the road, staying at high-end and overly priced locations throughout the US, we couldn't believe how this beautiful place compared to those places at such a reasonable price! The staff is absolutely amazing! The other RV'ers are wonderful and everyone seems to be great neighbors to each other. Heck, I think we are all just so in love with the place. The laundry / rec room are very well kept. The washer and dryers are extremely reasonably priced. The shower / bathrooms are perfectly kept. The grounds are amazing to enjoy a beautiful day of walking or playing. Tons of beautiful landscaping, amazing duck pond and a catch and release fishing pond, it is such a beautiful park and we are extremely happy! Not only do we feel that we are getting an amazing deal, they also provide quality, top notch individual internet and TV service through Spectrum at no additional cost. Like I said, amazing!!! No, I'm sorry, our spot will not be coming available anytime soon so you can't take it! ? But if you're lucky enough to get a spot here of your own, I'm pretty sure you'll find it just as amazing as we do!

We stop here overnight between our home and visiting family in Louisiana great place to overnight very friendly nice cement pull through easy hook up

Wow. We had no reservations and showed up after hours at around 7ish PM. I decided to call the number. A human answered! She said she would be right out. Super nice and got us settled away in a spot super quick. There are long term residents here so be respectful to them and availablespots for the road beaten travelers. Makes this place super calm, quiet,, and well kept. We had full hookups, 30 and 50 amp, water, sewer, and were offered all other amenities to include showers, fitness, and laundry.

All five members of our family said they were impressed with this RV Resort. The staff was also very accommodating. Lastly, this place is clean, quiet, and beautifully landscaped with very old oak tress!!!

This has been our 5th stay or so here at this RV park... WE LOVE IT! great laundry facilities, showers, they offer cable/internet through spectrum! Office ladies are top notch and the playground is one of the best we've been able to play on inside a park! The pond has lots of geese, ducks, etc. My kids love it! ??? And everyone that we've come in contact with in any visit has been friendly as well ❤️ home away from home for us! Thanks!

Very nice pull through with full hook ups in over night spot. They have work out room with new equipment, good wifi in the overnight spot behind the office. Stores, food and fuel close by. Great overnight spot. Clean park mostly long term. Good value at $40 a night. We will stop by again if in the area.

We stayed 3 nights and everything was great! We got there too late to check in on the first day but they allowed us to just come check in at 9:30 the next morning. Very clean, quiet, and friendly staff
