Went to get new service, still with boost mobile. It's been 3 days, still waiting on the email to sign an agreement to start service. They couldn't just print it? Lost a potential customer. Was opening 4lines+ tablet and hotspot. ?

I went in the store couple days ago, gentlemen in the store name MARCUS apparently a district manager refused to help me because he was so lazy and did not want to help look up my account after I gave him even the six digit code. he was so rude not wanting to help. Now I been in there before when BUPI manager worked he loved to help, and gave you the best deals on how to save money while having the best service.
