Went in to mail a certified letter with a return receipt and the cashier did not give me all my information and acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about. I will be back.

I drove into the parking lot and the FedEx truck was about to leave. I ran inside and asked them if I could stop the driver if they’d fix the label on the envelope for me. I got him to wait. Ran back in they handed me the envelope and ran back to the truck. The driver was so nice and so were the ladies in the business. Now my deceased brother’s condo can be turned over to his step children. Thanks all around!!

My grandson and I went in today to ship some items to my daughter in Austin. They where so helpful and extremely nice to not just me but my grandson. Thank you making us feel so welcome.

This blonde lady that works in there, is the rudest to deal with.She never smiles, looks miserable, and her attitude matches.She won’t move to help with anything. Several people I’veSpoke with feel the same. With a three star rating you’d thinkthe owner would make some changes. But it’s family ownedFrom what i understand. I have to go in there at times. It sickensme to do so. Something needs to be done. The best we can dois keep complaining until they do something about her!

If you like no greeting and treated like you are doing them a favor by entering their doorway you found your place. I've been treated with more respect and better by enemies. Your business is not wanted at this establishment and the lady behind the counter must hate her job.
