I called about my psychiatric meds from MHMR the older black lady working yesterday there tells me I should have 5 days left I tell her I don't have any of my 4 meds .she tells me a mhmr patient oo you'll be OK then wouldn't give me her name nor would she tell me what prescription she would fill tells me you'll get a tx message I ask her what meds will be filled and do I need to call my Dr. She tells me yet again you'll receive a tx message...again I'm a psychiatric patient..she has and will be looking for new employment..

If it ain't one thing it's another with this place. The most recent issue has been that they have decided they won't fill prescriptions for tele-health doctors!! Which is flat out ridiculous! The whole point of tele-health is the convenience of it, especially for people who you know, HAVE JOBS.They had no problem with tele-health during the pandemic and we were all told to NOT go to doctors offices, but apparently now, this pharmacy has decided they no longer need these kinds of doctors. Doesn't make sense does it???

I just bought a house in Orange so this was my 1st time using this pharmacy. They were so quick, polite, AND helpful!I will be using this pharmacy from now on and I'm so thankful I found them.

The only reason I go there is their savings plan which saves me money. They are very slow and if you refill a prescription through their app you still have to call to get it started even after a few days of submitting your request. Drive through is very very slow

Called about medicine that was called in last week because if I don't call they won't fill them I got chastised for calling 1st thing this morning told I'll get a text when ready but it' was called in last week no text when I tried to I explaine this she hung up on me so I get treated badly because someone hasn't done their job last week I also tried to call last week keep getting put on hold the automated system doesn't work for me it never shows I have meds called in why are the customers being treated like this for trying to get meds filled if you don't like your job quit don't take it out on customers

Each time I have had a prescription called in at this place it forever takes them a day or two to fill it. I'm so sick of of my doctor office using this place. Their customer service is just rude speaking today with a lady you can answer tomorrow after telling her that my prescription was called in yesterday morning 24 hours later still not ready then it's not like y'all make it the most right there but you got to do is box it up back it up full customer service and use them another pharmacy if you have the options.

Well, I normally don't give bad reviews on Google I normally would send it to their website. However, that has done absolutely no good. So here we go... Understaffed, under trained, unprofessional.When I pulled up to the window today, the lady tried to shut the blind because it was 5 minutes until her lunch break but she finally opened it back up then. Of course my prescription was not ready even though I had received a text earlier saying it was. I have written into corporate at least three times about all of the same problems. So corporate do not send me an apology email about my experience, Take that time and fix your problems at hand.

The only reason they get one star is in order to make a note you have to give them a star. Every month I have to call them to have them tell me it's in line to get filled I call 4-5 days after it's supposed to be filled to give them a chance to fill them but no it's not done until they get a call and then they say when I get a text they'll be ready when I get the text and show up to pick them up they tell me the same thing it's in line it'll be ready shortly 30 min later i get my meds and these meds are for seizures and diabetes not something i can just leisurely wait on. this is the last month this pharmacy gets anymore of my familys business

Worse and slowest paced workers in all of orange county! Wife gets her meds there and everytime is rigamanightmare! Geesh you would think they wouldn't take 3 days to fill one little prescription of Xanax but oh no... Everytime???
