I ordered a replacement net for my skywalker trampoline. It arrived in less than a week. It was a genuine skywalker replacement net! It was very good quality! I am very pleased! If I needed any more replacement parts I will order from them again. Thank you!

Order extremely delayed. Staff on the phone is VERY rude. First time I called I was lectured over the phone about how their orders take 4 weeks to make once placed. Then after nearly 7 weeks and still no order I go sent in regards to tracking or status, called again. Explained the situation and why it was frustrating and received "are you done?" as a response. Ordered on June 1, 2020 - called again on July 16, 2020 after no product has been received and no updated status sent. Will not order from this company again and advise anyone to choose a different company for their trampoline needs. I can overlook poor order processing and delays for kind customer service. I can overlook rude customer service for efficient and expedited order processing. But when you combine poor order processing, delays, and rude customer device, I'm struggling to find a reason anyone should use a company like this.

I was not really impressed but my 5 yr old grandson enjoyed it Im not thrilled there is no security and it's hard to keep a close eye on the kids they run from one place to the next and easy to lose them behind other games
