My daughter stepped on a tack toady, so I called CVS to ask if they could give her a tetanus shot. They asked her age. I said 11.they said yes. Bring her in. We do not live close by. We came all the way here, waited on line for a long time, gave the pharmacy out info and waited again for a while, then she said, "We can't give it to her because of her age."

The only reason we still use this pharmacy is because it's close to my grandmother's house. The people here are always rude and speed is not a thing. Gmother had eye surgery and had an apt at 7. Well knowing they don't open until 10 we sat and waited for them to open only 15 minutes by the time we got here. Woman opens the curtain says we don't have anything ready. I explain it was just sent but just needs to be labeled and processed we could wait. I'm very rudely told they just opened and even just labeling would take an hr. Poor excuse for a pharmacy.

Had prescription called in at 8am for my BP meds at 2:30pm still not ready. I've gone up there and they are so very rude!!! I definitely won't be back!!!

Very helpful, If you need help finding something in the OTC area the pharmacy staff is very helpful in helping you find what you're looking for... if your script isn't available or ready they will tell you when to expect it .

This is the worst pharmacy! I will not be using CVS again! I cannot get my meds and kept getting an oh well attitude! The person, Kola, working behind the counter kept telling me I don't know what to tell you after I paid for my medicine on the CVS Pharmacy App and they said they had no record of it, she wouldn't even look at my proof! She wouldn't help at all! Kerry the ops manager was awesome and at least tried to help me but even with her intervention, Kola didn't care. They need some serious retraining of their employees. People matter, so Kola, I don't know what to tell you!

This CVS has the worst customer service! The clerk is extremely rude and very argumentative!!!! I will never go back to this CVS and most likely, no other CVS if the company is going to allow this type of behavior! Way to go CVS

My son has RSV and the doctor prescribed him medication and the pharmacy did not call or notify me that they refused to give my son that medication due to his age and that they were out. They waited until I got there at 6 to tell me all this after my son’s doctors office was close then proceeded to make comments like “I don’t know what this doctor was thinking” or “why did he prescribe this” then they just told me to go get allergy medicine for my son who has RSV! They acted like they didn’t care and it wasn’t their problem. I’m learning why I left this pharmacy in the first place this was ridiculous and very unprofessional.
