Awesome experience and shop! Stopped from out of town, walked in and was immediately greeted and asked what I needed and boy was I not expecting the hard decisions I was going to have to make LMAO Amazing selection of products to choose from and the guy working (so sorry I didn't catch his name) was so knowledgeable about each product, super friendly and helpful. I WILL be going back regularly, even with the 40 minute drive!

This is my new go to for vapes, they have a ton of great selections and Fredy was EXTREMELY HELPFUL plus I called last night to make sure they had 4 different types of my favorites and they did and held them for me!! Worth the drive from Louisiana, thanks guys!! ???

Fredy was super nice and provided TOP NOTCH customer service during our visit. Store was super clean and had great flow. Definitely worth the trip from Louisiana, our new go to vape store.

Called to to see if they carried pre-rolls and the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the different products and was able to guide me in the right direction for the product I was looking for. Once in store, they even educated me on new products that I wasn’t aware of and talked to me about my preferences and what I’d most likely enjoy. The experience was enjoyable on all account and the quality of the product along with the pricing is top notch. Definitely check them out first!

I shop at cloud 9 once a month for the past year. This store is well stocked and has what I need every time. The staff are really helpful and professional. Competitive pricing as well.
