If I could give zero stars I would. Also I’d never recommend this dealer in a heartbeat to my worst enemy. 10/10 would NEVER EVER recommend Cecil Atkission Toyota for service!!They have had my van for almost 2 months now and will not offer us any kind of ETA on repairs being done.They will not offer us a rental and said “I’m not sure why we have to help you. You didn’t buy your vehicle from us.”We were told they only have one tech who can work on Toyotas. Had we known that we would have never left it there in the first place.Yes, some of our time was lost due to extended warranty and who they chose for a replacement transmission, but we were also told they put my van back at the END OF THE LINE while waiting for the transmission to come in. ?Communication from them has been nonexistent. We have had to reach out every single time for questions and answers. Even from as high up as the GM.Highly highly recommend making the drive to LC. We’d switch in a heartbeat if extended warranty would allow.

My boyfriend and I stopped here during our cross country move from CO to NY. From Denver to Austin, we noticed some leaking on the floor by our feet (driver and passenger side). We took the car to a dealership in Austin and they charged us $200 to fix the sunroof drain. During our drive this morning to New Orleans, we noticed the floors were wet again and the issue wasn’t resolved. We called Brittany at Cecil Toyota and she saved the day! The team took our 4Runner in and cleared the AC drain for free. We are now on our way & very happy with our experience! Thanks Brittany!

Smooth, friendly service.Mr. Donny Harmon is a very pleasant salesman.This is an out of state dealership for me, Mr. Donny was upfront and informative. He was even willing to stay well after hours to accommodate us, luckily that wasn't required.

I want to give Cecil Atkission Toyota a big shout out!!.. I had my converters stolen on my 2020 Tundra around December 9th 2022. My insurance company gave me a big run around for almost 2 months. I picked my truck on February 3rd and the service manager's and mechanic's were absolutely awesome. They did a fantastic job on my and hooked me up. I would definitely recommend these folks to anyone. Thank you for everything.
