This was a fantastic gym. Super clean with great lighting. Tons of cardio that seemed to all be working, an entire room dedicated to power / Olympic lifts with multiple platforms, and a huge area dedicated towards more traditional lifting.Plenty of dumbbells and the machine selection was phenomenal. More than enough equipment, great locker rooms with curtained showers, and a really good vibe.The folks working here were amazing! If I lived within an hour of this spot, it would be my home gym!

Very nice gym. The owner is always purchasing new equipment to ensure the members have the best equipment to train with. Nice selection of machines, free weights, and cardio area. The only reason I am still not a member at this gym is it is not open 24-7, and they are closed on just about every major holiday of the year. Crowds in the evening weekday times 5pm-8pm can sometimes make it difficult to access equipment. Clean facility with clean bathrooms & shower area.

I visited the area for a week and was able to purchase a pass to use this gym for one week. It had all the equipment I could ever need! They have free weights, Squat racks, smith machines, all kinds of weight benches, and weight machines too. I would highly recommend this place?

The staff and everyone there were so kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend this gym to come and workout. Plenty of room and plenty of free weights, machines , etc to do your workout.

Not a member, just doing a day pass. Not crowded, lots of free weights, decent machine selection, equipment appears decently maintained, everyone cleaned and wiped up after they used the equipment. Other people working out were nice and polite. Only one weirdo who thought we all needed to listen to his music but after about 5-10 minutes finally put on some headphones. (I'm guessing one of the members asked him.)I will keep coming back when I'm visiting!

The best gym in the area. Plenty of options for whatever way you choose to work out. ✨Great staff✨, great manager and owner. When things are broken they are quickly fixed unless the parts take extra time to come in. I have met some great people here. :)

This gym is the love of my life. Staff is incredible and the equipment and floors are always squeaky clean!
