I just hope that this review allows the owner and staff members to be more respectful of a potential customer.

The whole staff here is racist would not recommend giving them any of your money unless you yourself are a racist. Sad to think people still act like this

I'll never forget the bad experience of being robbed by this place. My new hood was stolen. Bob was friendly alright; face to face that is but when the customer is away his employees seemingly work to make you throw your hard earned money all away.. I ordered all my body parts online for my Ford F-250 and had them shipped directly to Bob's Paint & Body in Orange, Texas. The hood and fender was to be totally replaced using the brand new body parts that I arranged at Bob's request to be shipped & delivered directly to his body shop business address. I was working very long hours in the surrounding chemical plants during the time while his body shop business worked on my truck replacing the hood and passenger side front fender with the exact new body parts I purchased and had shipped to his business. When I picked up the truck it looked fine. The fender looked to be replaced and freshly painted as did the hood also appeared replaced and freshly painted. I trusted Bob and by his initial kind demeanor when we discussed the arrangements and schedule for him to repair my truck it never crossed my mind I couldn't trust him. I later learned that I was totally caught off guard and unknowingly setting myself up to be taken advantage of.The shenanigans by his work went totally unnoticed on the specific damaged hood; masked by the current cold temperatures, fresh paint & what I'm about to explain being discovered after a period of time later. Bob's employees never replaced my original damaged hood with the brand spanking new hood I purchased and shipped to his body shop. After a couple months passed the Texas weather changed dramatically from very cold temps to hot temps and rain. It was discovered soon after humidity kicked up making it very obvious my fresh painted hood wasn't a brand new mint hood at all & therefore my original damaged hood was actually never replaced as instructed on my truck. The hot Texas sun under mother nature revealed the same original damaged creases and resulting rust underside of the hood were indeed pinpointed exactly where the original damage had occurred on the original hood and you guessed it this was my original hood put back on my truck with a shoddy repair, repaint coverup job with the help of the masking cold weather at the time.Bob's employees kept my brand new hood I ordered 'stole it' essentially and I'm embarrassed to say fooled me under the guise of crisp cold weather. Bob's employees pulled out the bend and crease damage on the original hood, painted it and assembled that same old damaged original hood right back on to my truck. Gotta hand it to em they fooled me good. I felt like such an idiot frankly once I discovered this and allowing myself to be taken advantage of this way.I was very upset of course but weeks had already passed so I proceeded to blame myself because I neither instructed or asked for my old body parts be returned upon picking up my truck. That would of made it impossible to be easily taken advantage in this way.I'm a trusting person & it never even occurred to me showing myself to be distrusting by asking for my old body parts back upon when I was to pick up the completed repaired truck. I wanted to display having confidence in his business and knowing I would of been treated fair and honest. Bob's demeanor was so kind I honestly thought I would be in good hands.I share this story only to help someone else avoid setting them self up to be taken advantage of in this way. Always ask for your old parts especially if you have new parts delivered that are to replace your original damaged parts. Just because the business owner displays courteous behavior doesn't mean at all you'll ultimately be treated fair and honest. You can't trust anyone unfortunately; especially you can't trust the employees working for a small business owner such as the case at Bob's Paint and Body in Orange, Texas.A valuable lesson learned and I'll never forget. I hope anyone who reads th
