Didn't share details of what we were being charged for. Never heard of a dog having to have a flu shot to get a bath.

Mia is an older dog and is very fickle. I know when I bring her here, she is in the best possible hands. Top notch grooming! Mia is treated so kind and groomers are so patient with her.

I always take my cat Bella for vets visit and grooming here , Very nice place , people there a very helpful they would answer all your questions with smile on their face , I would highly recommend

I only gave it a 1 because that was the lowest option. My experience was devastating at this groomers. I dropped my pets off at 730 am and spoke with the groomer about specifics for my 4 yr old shorkie and my 15 week old shorkie. I explained several times what I would like. She took notes and I left. I arrived promptly when they called for pickup. When I seen my pets I was astonished by how they looked. Both pets hair was completely shaved. We discussed them both being trimmed with a teddy bear cut around the face. Neither of which had. I was so upset. I tried speaking with the groomer about how upset I was and she walked off when she saw I wasn't happy. Her response was it will grow back. $164 was my bill for 2 grooming fees. I will never go back to this place.

We love our groomer here but sadly, we will not be returning. I dropped off our baby to be groomed and of course he cried as I walked out and was barking. I heard the person behind the counter yell at my dog to shut up. Nobody does that to my dog and it makes me wonder what else they do to animals behind the scenes. To anyone else that frequents here, you may want to look for another place.

We wanted ghost haircut like the grey dogs pic and what we got is the pic of our white one. This is the worst attempt in history. My dog will not be back to this place!!
