“After to going to 2 different Honda Dealerships, including the one I purchased my brand new 24 accord from, and being turned away because they were too busy I went to Steve's. I spoke with Jared and asked him to ride with me to listen to the noise my car was making. It was a quick 5 minute fix, a rock stuck in the rotor. Jared relieved so much stress that the dealerships caused. I will always refer to them and use them in the future!”

“My vehicle broke down on the freeway, and I had it towed to JC's, based on good Google reviews. I was going to have to spend the night in Orange. It was late afternoon when my vehicle got to the shop, and one of the mechanics at JC's was kind enough to give me a ride to a hotel. Shortly after, Nathan called me to let me know exactly what was needed, and how much the repair would cost; the estimate seemed very reasonable, and I hoped they could get the parts in time to get me back on the road at some point the next day.I was amazed to get a call the next morning, that the repair was finished at 8:40 am! And John, the owner, was coming to pick me up! The cost was exactly what was estimated, the repair was great, and everything was completed way earlier than I could have hoped. I can't imagine better service, and a better outcome.Two thumbs up for JC's. If you're going to break down on the freeway, try to do it near Orange, Texas, and give these guys a call!Service: Engine repair”

They told me things about my car that I never knew before, and that the dealership misled me on and they were just overall very friendly and easy to get along with, it didn’t feel like a hassle to have to get an oil change because the environment is so friendly and welcoming. their pricing is also very reasonable and that is very much appreciated in this economy. After 2 weeks, I received my plates and stickers. The vehicle I traded in for my new truck from Cecil Atkinson was a 2024 Tacoma I had bought from Doggett Toyota in Beaumont. After 2 months, I had still not received my plates and had to pay out of pocket for an extension. Is Cecil Atkinson some magical unicorn of a dealership, or does Doggett Toyota suck? I think both statements might be accurate.
I got top-tier service from Cecil Atkinson Toyota in Orange from the beginning of my visit and beyond. Toby was our salesperson, who was friendly, straightforward, and dedicated to helping us find a vehicle that fit our needs. Pat, the sales manager, worked with us as well, listening to what we did not like about our experience at Doggett Toyota, ensuring that we were treated well by his team. Rick in finance was thorough and efficient as he worked through our contracts without trying to be slick and add in charges for redundant products. We were really taken care of and were so happy that we went back 2 days later and bought another vehicle! This team's effort exceeded my expectations, and I will recommend that anyone looking for a new or used vehicle check out Cecil Atkinson Toyota first.”

“Our alternator went out and with new cars nothing is easy to fix. Covid's made everything expensive and wait times longer (rental cars, the wait for diagnostics). North 87 was super helpful and came highly recommended by several friends and family. Our vehicle was in good hands and fixed fairly quickly. I highly recommend this place to get your car repaired. This is a trustworthy shop. Breakdowns are stressful enough without having to worry about who does the work and if they'll do a good job. This place removes that worry.
