Storage unit is okay, clean, & climate controlled well but it’s been very difficult to reach anyone Via phone or messages. If you have to cancel you better start calling a month in advance.

Storage is fine and we left A CLEAN storage unit moving out but left a lamp and a shoebox IN A "PRIVATE DUMPSTER" Wich had no idea was private and they want to "charge $50 a hour to clean it up" CROOKS.

We really like the convince of the location for us. If the spot were a little bit longer to cover our motor home it would really justify the raise in rent. Paying your bill is really easy.

I'm curious if there is a manager in Orange for this facility ?The facility hasn't changed, but I don't understand how a facility of this size operates w/o an on sight person at least 2 days a week so if there is a problem possibly it may be resolved . I recently went to put a piece of office equipment in one of my 2 units and a lock was missing ,but nothing was missing from the unit . I don't know how long it had been missing . Had someone maybe done a walkthrough this may have been spotted and I would have been notified. Thanks
