Lady named Lisa does not know how to do her job or speak with customers. She’s has called multiple times stating my package would be here on multiple days. I still have not received my package. When I called, yes upset, she hung up on me. I called back and she was rude and unprofessional. Employees like her is why the postal system is trash right now.

I retired from USPS many years ago after many, many years of serving in my community of Katy, TX. It's a vastly larger post office serving over 5 times the amount of people compared to Onalaska!!

They are always so nice and helpful. I've never had a bad experience here. They do stay busy busy busy but they ALWAYS do their best to take care of each customer as quickly as possible. I enjoy visiting with the workers each time I need to pick up a package or purchase postage etc.
