Outstanding customer service.. I needed paperwork notarized and the bank employee was so helpful. She even went out to my car to notarize my husband's signature since he couldn't walk inside.

They don't give their customers low interest auto loans, and they don't give reasonable boat loans. Pretty sorry bank in my opinion. Just not a customer friendly bank. ?..

At the Onalaska location, Traci Sykes is the most professional employee, as she always embodies exemplary customer service skills, competency and impeccable manners with humility, patience and class. Traci is always polite, friendly, calm and personable, while ensuring her clients feel welcome and valuable. Her attitude is pleasant and she has a demeanor that exudes maturity and respect to those around her. Traci has excellent problem solving skills, as well as the ability to detect and fulfill the clients' banking needs at various levels by listening carefully and acting accordingly with proficiency, efficiency and competence. Her highly adept abilities and skills in customer service and as a bank teller are unsurpassed and she is an outstanding asset to the company. Side Note: For the past 20 years, at any given service industry or business institution, I always look for the most friendly and professional employee and go to him/her whenever possible, even if their line is the longest and the employee with the unpleasant attitude has no one waiting in line. After years of experiencing incompetent and unpleasant employees on occasion, I've adopted the above. There is no reason anyone should have to tolerate unpleasant employees at a business. Employees dealing with the public are the face of a business and represent the company first hand. If a company doesn't have good employees, the business is going to suffer and of course will be significantly less successful. I know plenty of people who feel as I do and will only do business where there is a professional climate and a friendly, polite atmosphere.

the worst customer service ever, I went to have a check deposited , I did not need any money back, they wanted me to sign a paper like agreeing that the check was going to be in hold. what for? I have had deposited checks forever. I have been doing bussiness at FSB for almost 10 years. the one in Onalaska always make everything complicated.
