Since new ownership has taken over the Staff are 110% more Inviting & approachable... Customer Service is a big deal and now it is great....Great little gym that believes in Faith, Family & Fitness!?? Oh and Veteran and First Responder Discount????

I work out there every day great atmosphere and clean gym 24 hours so there no excuse for getting a workout in ???
