Slowest pharmacy ever. They've had the prescription from the doctor since yesterday morning and haven't filled it yet. Been here twice today and each time I get told it'll be another hour. I took my lunch break early just to come pick these prescriptions up and these people have just wasted my time.

Takes forever to get anything from them. They will tell you 10 different wait times and still won’t have a prescription ready. Had to drive through the line 5 times before they finally had my stuff ready. Plus some of the ladies get snippy.

I gave a 1 because the Pharmacy is not open all day Saturday, they close at 2 pm. I personaly feel if the store is open till 9 pm the should be too. But I'm only one person but I'm sure there are more who won't speak up.

I took a chance to have my prescriptions filled here because it's closer to my home than where I usually go. NEVER AGAIN!!!! After waiting for an hour, I was told my medication would not be coming in until the following morning. When I stated that I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes, the lady said, "Well she didn't know" WITH an attitude! No apology, nothing. I came back the following day at 4:30 PM only to be told they were "Workkng on the medication now" and to park or go back into the line and it would be ready in 10 minutes. To be safe, I gave them 30 minutes before going back into the line and there were 5 cars ahead of me. I finally got one prescription filled and only 10 of a 60 count tablet prescription because they STILL WERE UNABLE to fill one prescription completely. I asked them to not attempt to fill it because I would not be returning. That's when she FINALLY apologized and said, "Sorry about that." The experience was so bad that I'm willing to drive the hour into Conroe to fill my prescriptions in the future.

100% the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Everyone is incompetent and try to blame the doctors office when in fact they just haven't done their job. I would avoid this pharmacy AT ALL COST.

Worst pharmacy ever very slow to fill your prescription and way overpriced they are taking advantage of people in a small town.I should have drove to Huntsville and picked up this prescription for $63 instead I was charged $199 not knowing at the time how much of a ripoff this place is.

The store had some beer on the floor in the middle of an isle in the frozen food section that was not on a pallet. I fell over it to the ground and was hurt. No manager or store personnel bothered to help me. Thank the Lord my husband was in the store and helped me up. I did find a manager finally whom said he was going for an incident report and he never returned out of the office behind closed doors. Horrible experience there, unorganized, incompetent manager who was very uncaring. I’ll never shop there again.
