I was hopeful this hotel was going to be decent, but was sorely disappointed, especially for the $80 I paid. It was close to where I was working on a house and when I called and talked to them they told me how wonderful the property was.The reality ended up being a room that was not clean. There were smushed bugs on the wall, a dirty pillow case, the blinds were filthy, everything in the bathroom was really worn.We discovered the water had super low to no pressure so we talked with the front desk and they said they would figure out what was going on. It was pretty late at this point so we went to bed. The water was still not working in the morning so went to talk to the front desk to see about a refund or at least a discount.We were told the water was out in the whole town and she would not refund the money. She came and looked at the room and we pointed out all of the issues and still refused to issue any sort of refund.There was a plumber on the property since they were working on a remodel so we asked him if the water was out in the whole town he said "no, if it had I would have been getting calls all night, yours must have just been turned off". Not sure what was going on and maybe it was a bad day, regardless they didn't do anything to try and make it right and flat out lied about the water situation.I have stayed in some pretty crappy hotels, and this was one of the worst. It wouldn't have been too bad had they at least tried to take pride in cleaning the room and taking care of their customers.Nearby activities: The Dairy Queen down the street was fantastic!

Very friendly place to stay. The atmosphere was very nice. There rooms are very clean. If there is a problem they will take care of it right there on the spot. They do welcome pets. If for some reason your vehicle doesn't start no need to worry They will get you back up on your feet. They do have a RV.park and it is very clean. It's a place where your family can enjoy the comfortable place to enjoy away from home. Don't forget to bring your fishing gear because they do have a large pond to enjoy catching fish. A very clean Atmosphere ! They do also have Satellite for your RV.

I've only stayed here once- but I know people who do stay here & I know the workers- so generally with what the workers have to do, put up with, clean-up & replace/repair I personally think this establishment does a great job. The rooms are basic but as clean as one would expect with the volume of folks in & out of the rooms. They are not new- and if they were they still wouldn't be due to the clientele! Most, not all. Anyways it's a good place to stay for a fair price. Ponds to fish in, good location. I'd recommend this motel.Noteworthy details: Ponds to fish in

Affordable Prices,Actually Cheaper than the Hotel chains,I stayed in the Hot Tub suite,2rooms,and kitchenette.it was1 $89.00 a night.Front desk Lady That Rented it To Me ,Was Amazing!! ? It was Last Minute rental,because I reserved A Room In Mt Pleasant Texas thru Hotels .com got there @10:30pm at check-in the man told me I have to put $100 deposit for a room that was $90 Did not expect it,didnt have No extra $for that, So I had to Forfeit my $90 nonrefundable payment off my debit card.I was beside me.lady at cajan inn she took good care of me.she provided Buvvle Bath for Hot Tub in champagne flutes And extra towels & CandlesIt was very quite, layed bk, I enjoyed my Stay I'll will be retuning.

Very disappointed as we were coming in town for my daughters wedding and reserved 4 rooms. Fortunantly we called because we had a question and we found out that our rooms were canceled by the owner for her family members. Very unprofessional.They did not even bother to call us

We have lived at the RV Park for 4 years. Love it here. New owner is awesome. Cleaning the place up, fixing things when anything goes wrong.It is now Camp Jaxson RV Park.

No coffee pot, no dinning table, no place to set your luggage, no water cups. It was clean but desperately needs upgrades. Bedspreads ripped, picture frames with broken glass. I just should have gotten a refund and gone to the next town!
