“Shopping for a rocker/recliner on Saturday, February 17th. Stopped at another furniture store, no one greeted us or acted like they wanted to sell us anything.Walked into Bob Mills and was greeted immediately by Cameron. Walked us over where rocker/recliners were and allowed me to set in every chair until I found the one that was perfect. Trevor the manager assisted with other questions. While waiting for the sale to be completed, every sales person that walked by greeted us, provided water and made sure we were being taken care of. The experience at Bob Mills was awesome. If we need any other furniture it will be Bob Mills first not second. The chair was delivered today and is great. John and his helper(can’t think of his name) brought it in and set it in the family room. Quick service, Saturday to Wednesday.Thank you to all the employees”
