We picked up Tesla Truck yesterday. We have 4 other Tesla's. For an expensive vehicle, the delivery was very uneventful (nothing like Mercedes or any other luxury car brand for that matter. The attitude is very dry, like you should feel lucky to take delivery. I called back today because I didn't get the paper plates. There is no way to speak with a human. I needed to enter my delivery number but it wasn't recognized because I had already taken delivery. Then I tried sales but it took me back to main menu. I went around in circles for close to 15 minuets. Not the experience that you would expect. I hope it will be different with BYD.

Good afternoon, it is incredible that when it comes to a prestigious company like Tesla. They have employees who serve in such a rude and despotic manner. Today we went to the Olmito agency for a series of questions and doubts that we have about a Tesla car that we just bought and a girl named Alejandro. He treated us in such a rude and despotic manner that the truth is that it leaves a lot to be desired. It is not correct that they serve customers that way. We found ourselves in Edinburgh and went to Olmito and everything went wrong because we returned with the same doubts. Same car problem. It's a disgusting person who served us and I put her name Alejandro again. Terrible service

While the reviews show “excellent” results amongst their experience with picking up their brand new cars, a particular female worker and male technician in my humble opinion need a little step in their pep. Must’ve been a bad day. God bless their hearts.

Great test drive experience and delivery day experience. Sales reps aren't as knowledgeable as they should be, and were agast when I wanted to check over the car before I accepted delivery. Picked up a demo car with a few scuffs, rep made an app for me to have it taken care of.Get a delivery day checklist from tesbros before you accept delivery!!! Great care and do recommend. Get a referral code before you order your car!! They want add it after the fact!!

I had to take my car to get serviced two weeks ago. I’m from McAllen and they gave me Uber credits to come back from dropping my car off and to pick it up the next day. The work was done very quickly and customer service was very nice.

Made appointment for Mobile Service using Tesla App because "windshield washers started coming on when FSD invoked". Minute later phone call from another area code. Asked me to check my windshield for anything near the forward camera at top. Sure enough there was a star and short crack. He gave new appointment for next morninng to replace the windshield at Brownsville, 60 miles away, time estimate two hours? i think. Got there and asked them to change the cabin air filter and new wiper blades. Gave me time estimate for 3 to 4 hours. Too long for me (I had stomach issues that day) so he handed me the key card to a charged loaner Model Y overnight. All this was done routinely in about two minutes with no favors asked. Done and gone. Very nice. Suggestion: include FSD on loaners. Would cost nothing, make addicted FSD owners crazy happy, and might even spread the addiction.
