“I damaged my phone last night and needed a working replacement immediately. I called 3 nearby AT&T stores, but decided to stop at the San Benito store because an employee named Jerry that I spoke with definitely sounded like he would be the most helpful. He understood that my situation was urgent and got me up and running with a fully functioning phone before I walked out. He was very helpful and patient. My visit to the store took a little bit over two hours and I was able to witness how polite and helpful he was with the other customers that came into the store while my new phone was going through downloading an updates. The store is lucky to have an employee like Jerry. Not every store is staffed with someone like Jerry, who can run the whole store by himself in a cool calm and professional manner. Thank you again, Jerry. If I need to go back for further help, I definitely hope you are working when I arrive.”

Turnaround time did take an extra day beyond what was quoted which wasn't a huge problem but I wish I would have gotten a heads up. “I went into this store last week with my son and daughter to buy 2 new i phones. We were greeted right away by both employees on the floor at that time and only had to wait about 5 minutes to get served. Excellent customer service by all the 3 employees. Branch manager Veronica took care of us and she was so nice. Manager Javier let us look at his phone to see the color of the one we were interested in. Paulina assisted Veronica once she was done with her client she had been helping. All 3 employees were so nice and friendly. We also purchased chargers and cases at this store as well. This is the best customer service I have ever received at an AT&T store hands down. Go into the Boca Chica location and get one of these nice people to assist you with all your cell phone needs!!”
