“Well we went to pawn a guitar and found a line 6 amp at a great price. Went the next day, got the guitar out, went again today to get the amp. The service is great and in just these three consecutive visits, the gentleman and lady working the store made us feel like we were friends. The service, rapport, and friendliness were on point. Legit business ran by legit people. They didn't have guitar cables for sale, but hey it's not a music store right? Lol. Kudos to the workers there, they deserve recognition for their exceptional service.”

“Dropped in for no reason.. just wanted to see what they had, maybe find a good deal. They were empty when I was there and after asking me if I needed any help, struck up a conversation with an employee (don't think the manager liked that since she told him to move to the counter) I felt he was providing great customer service.. talking to me about some of the items I had interest in. In the end.. before heading to the front of the store.. he helped me with a projector that caught my eye. Spent $200 in that store that I think if it wasn't for him.. I would have just walked past and left without it. If you going to Eazy Pawn... Look out for Juan.. provides great customer service and very friendly. Only one that said hi when I walked in. Go see Juan for help!!”

“I've been a customer of Aaron's in San Benito for 3 or 4 years now never once have I had had a bad experience you're not treated as a customer when you walk in the door you treated as a guest they go out of their way to help you Lena the store manager is golden she takes so good care of her customers she goes out of her way to make her customers satisfied and the drivers and the employees there are friendly helpful they go out of their way to make you know when it's comfortable and Lena has the department manager she has trained these guys or work with him in such a way that they are true professionals prices are reasonable the service is fantastic the manager always explains things in a way that is easy to understand if she goes out of her way to make sure that our customers are more than satisfied I've been a customer there for like I said 3 or 4 years and I'll be in there for a lot longer as long as people like Lena and the staff are there this is for the regional manager if people at the store or so good I think you should give all of them a raise they not only deserve it but they earned it”
