Worst shipping experience I’ve ever had. Ordered a freeze drier and I’ve taken two days off of work for the days they said it will be here and now it won’t be here until next week. I’ve called multiple times to track the order and get a different answer about where my shipment is every time. Lost wages from having to stay home to sign for it and will probably have to take more. Absolutely ridiculous.

They came to install a washer/dryer I bought at Lowe’s. They wouldn’t install because of the connections, I asked them to take the units back to Lowe’s, the supervisor on the phone (Garrett) said they would take it. The drivers left even after I chased them and they said they were coming to get them. Terrible customer service. I do not recommend this company.

UpdateThey cancelled again day of delivery. I made some phone calls and got ahold of customer service and had someone reach out and make it right. Thank you!So disappointed! Don’t set up for delivery and then never show up then I call to see what’s going on and I have to wait 3 more weeks for my delivery.

Horrible delivery company, me and my wife purchased a major piece of home gym equipment and waited 2 months for it to be delivered. We scheduled it 2 months ahead of time, called about every 2 weeks and we’re told yes it is scheduled for Nov 7th, we called the day before on Nov 6th and they said yes it will be delivered, then we called the day of Nov 7th, at 6am and we’re told yes it is going to be delivered today but we don’t know what time so I recommend you call in about an hour, then When we called back in an hour they all of a sudden said that it was cancelled due to “manpower” whatever that means, and then now after waiting 2 months for a delivery they want to reschedule for another month from now. Absolutely horrible business, I have never waited so long for a delivery, especially after scheduling it for so long and then having it rescheduled the day of the delivery. Whoever the manager is here needs to stop messing around and start doing their job. They didn’t even have the decency to call me the day before or week before or even the day of to tell me it was cancelled and needed to be rescheduled, I had to call them to find that out myself. They now are claiming that they don’t even have the equipment there and it is actually in transit to be delivered....so which is it “manpower” or “they don’t have it”. They also claim that a manager is going to call me in 4 hours...damn they must be crazy busy to have a customer wait 4 hours for a simple phone call.

Ordered a Peloton and after waiting a long time and having a scheduled delivery set they postponed the delivery of my bike and cancelled it the day of my delivery. Now I’m finding out that I will have to wait another month....so going on 3 months now and I’m pretty sure they will likely cancel again and I’ll wait even longer. The name of the company should be XPO Cancelations instead of XPO Logistics. Oh and btw the “manager” was supposed to call me in 4 hours (which idk why the long wait) and it’s been 5 hours now and I’m still waiting. I wonder what they’re doing...definitely not working I can tell you that.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Ordered a Peloton bike and was told they would call me in 4 business days to schedule a delivery. Never got a call. Went back and forth between Peloton and XPO about when my dang delivery will be here. Finally 2 weeeks later, they call to schedule a delivery time- A Monday between 2-5. Called me at 5 pm and tell me it will be 45 mins before they get here. Didn't get to the house until 7 pm!!!! Now I'm having a little issue with my bike so Peloton sends someone out to service it. I just get a call to “schedule the service call†and they ask what day next week will be best? I tell them Wednesday. Then she said “okay you will get a call a few days before to let you know for sure what day and time we will be there.†Excuse me?? You called to SCHEDULE a delivery and you can't tell me if that day that you offfered will work?! Very upset and don't ever use these people.
