“Kirby’s carries the cutest clothes/accessories in Odessa. They have a great selection and only buy a few of each piece to make sure you always have your own style! Every SA is kind and helpful. They always prep a dressing room with your selections so you’re not lugging things around. Definitely my favorite store in Midland/Odessa!”
“Went in to check out the paparazzi jewelry and found that it’s a very nice consignment shop with very reasonably priced items. Smells wonderful in there, very clean store. The lady is extremely nice. Will definitely go back to do real shopping. But I did pick up a Rachel Roy wallet/purse.”

“I came to boot barn to find a pair of "everyday" boots I could wear at home, work, etc. Once you walk in you're greeted by the employees which is a good sight to see. This store has a large variety of boots, clothes, hats etc. Prices are relatively competitive in comparison to most western stores in the Basin.I was approached by a kid named Elyan. He introduced his self by his name & with a handshake. Super rare now-a-days but very good etiquette & professionalism in my opinion. I found several boots that interested me and eventually went over 3 pairs to see which one I would like best. He retrieved every boot in my size and asked if there were any others I would like to look at. He really went above and beyond to accommodate my search for the perfect pair. Elyan was also dressed to par and spoke with manners which is a huge plus.All in all, I had a great experience coming here. I will keep coming to this Boot Barn because of the great products and the amazing service this store provided me in the short period of time I was there. Super satisfied and would definitely recommend anyone looking for western boots & clothes. Thanks Boot Barn & Elyan, much appreciated??”
“Store is clean. There is rarely anyone to help you and if you do find someone they aren't friendly. I won't give 4 starta because of customer service and the way the store is arranged. It's almost done my brand, if you don't shop by brand it makes it hard to find what you need.”

“Store was very neat and clean. Displays were easy to view merch, employees are very family friendly and very helpful.. The store itself could use some air conditioning our experience there was great, yet very hot and sweaty while shopping around, would have stayed longer and shopped more but kids were getting very fussy. Air conditioning really needs to get looked at hope it gets fixed soon so we can returned.”

“It's not like before, there are very few things and the prices are cheap but nothing ? is of high quality, I mean a year ago it was my favorite and it's no longer my favorite because what there is seems mostly recycled, it's worth clarifying that there are things ? hello, underwear, pajamas, jeans OK, but the shoes are terrible, the t-shirts may be much better before, the cleanliness is excellent ? there are not many people in the store, that's fine for walking comfortably, the cashiers are cheerful and also attentive They are Cuban and that is saying a lot. The best is very communicative.”
“Caleb was awesome and very very helpful! Needed some new work boots so went in yesterday and he went right to work helping me pick out the right pair. He was not pushy, but very knowledgeable about the different types of toes that are now available that meet safety standards. He really was great all around and I appreciated Caleb and all of his help!”

“My friend and I went shopping for dress shoes. She needed some black pumps for Halloween and Melrose was the only store that carried her size. We checked 5 stores before walking into this one. I was quite surprised and thrilled to see that they carry a 5 1/2 and smaller. They also have great prices. If I had the money, I would have spent quite a bit there. Clothes, shoes, makeup, accessories, lots of trendy items that I would have loved to pick up for my collection. Can't wait to go back when I have some extra cash.”
