Highly recommend if your trying to not still with a contract their are so many options when it comes to finding a plan that best fits you or your family awesome customer service I was having problems with my service and wasn't able to go to the store so I contacted customer service via email and response was quick

I have been using them for a couple months now. Issac is very nice. Great service. Very fast on getting you connected to internet. Definitely recommend them.

I was very disappointed because we loved going here and everyone in that place. Didn't pay our internet for this month because my husband got laid off due to Covid and other reasons. Called trying to pay the bill and the man was VERY RUDE and so unprofessional. My family is very respectable and God loving and just because we didn't pay our bill on time you mistreat someone like that? At least we were trying to call and pay it. When I did try to call and pay he said we didn't pay it for 2 months but thats not true because our internet box has been on it only went off a week ago. If we didn't pay at least we are trying to pay now. I was so upset I cried. The lady that was on the phone trying to help us get our internet reactivated apologized on his behalf because even she said without me having to say it that this man treated me wrong. I pray no one ever has to get treated like that. I would never treat anyone the way he treated me at all.

From what I am reading they gave you a free month and you took advantage, if you did pay you would be able to show them proof that it was paid previous months and you wouldn't have had that issue. Weither it was paid online or physically you would have some type of proof on your end to show that you paid. This sounds like a misunderstanding and a fit being thrown.
