Got a rock chip on my brand new car. Women at the front desk were very kind and really helpful when getting my claim in. Would say it was pretty fast and easy to get in to fix my windshield . Unfortunately, when the workers were fixing the rock chip, I noticed they caused it to crack more leaving longer cracks that could possibly spread ( defeating the purpose of filling in the chip). I let the front desk know about it and they were kind and said they could get someone to see it. Got the guys to try to fix it. However, to fix the mistake, they had to drill a couple of holes to keep the cracks from spreading. It now looks like I have 3 rock chips ( with a cracks in between) instead of one. Couldn’t say I’m mad, but pretty bummed out about it.

I cant say enough good things about West Texas Windshields! Someone shot one of the back passenger windows of my truck with a pellet gun. Thankfully it was tinted and able to stay in tact even though it was shattered. We contacted another company and they couldn't get out until the 1st. I contacted David at West Texas Windshields and he had my window replaced within 45 minutes then took it themselves to go match the tint and tint the new glass. All within a few hours. Definitely recommend!
