I had a horrible experience with Jeremy Rogers at the service department, he doesn't know what he is doing and he has horrendous customer service. I was having issues with my car after I took it to get it serviced a month ago, I called them to see if they could take a look at it and they said they didn't have any appts available. I took it to Midland and they found out the air filter was installed incorrectly. Nissan in midland told me to get a refund with the one in Odessa, and Jeremy Roger's refused to refund me the money and when I requested again that it needed to be refunded, he started yelling at me ge was not going to refund anything. I was two days because of their fault and they still didn't want to refund me the money. I asked to talk to the manager who is afraid of Jeremy and the manager was able to pay the filter in The midland Nissan. I hope nobody goes through what I just went through.

Inquired online about a vehicle, requested out the door numbers from someone named Tristian. He would not work with me!
If I have trouble getting info off of one phone call I can only imagine how it's going to be when I go in. Will take another dealers offer who's been working with me. Come here if you want to waste your time.

never buy a nissan
If the light bulbs burn out, it will last 3,000 years to remove it and change it, they seal them as if they were never going to burn out.

Markups like I've never seen!!! Literally won't post some prices because they are 50% over MSRP. And yes you can find the same vehicle all over Texas for way less. Example, 2024 Sentra SR goes for 23-24k and they are trying to sell them for 34k.
STAY AWAY!!!!

If i could do negative stars i would, this place service department is a joke. i took my car in 2 weeks ago to get programed and they told me it was a 1 or 2 day job, and they never touched my vehicle i called and asked for info on my vehicle and i got told no programing was going on do to web service being out, so i asked to talk to the person who took my car in, and he lied to me telling me thet they were working on it but that my car had an issue (the issue is it needs to be programed) that i could come and get it when i was just told that they did not have web service to program, i do not recomend this place for any service related dea.
