Nobody comes here, the attention of the mager is very bad and if you bother them a little, the police will call you, very bad attention.And then they give you checks from the bank and then you tell Diane that they can't give you the cash.

HORRIBLE customer service. My husband has currently been inside the branch for an hour trying to make a cash withdrawal since they were incapable of giving cash through the drive thru. He shouldn’t have to wait for the incompetent manager to go to the back to relearn the handbook of rules. While he is waiting there are two other customers experiencing issues with the tellers. It should not be this hard to withdraw our money. After an hour and 3 minutes he is finally leaving with the money he originally went for, a bank trip should never take this long!

Unless you are literally the first person through the door, it doesn't matter what time of day you are going. There will be a line, inside and outside. There is a 50% chance for one of the drive through ATM's to be out.

On a slow Tuesday afternoon, they will have 5 open tellers but only one banker who can assist with more than depositing and withdrawing money? Makes no sense.

I’m sick and tired of this bank never answering calls. On the rare occasions I ever get to go in person none of them have a line or customers, so why isn’t anyone ever answering phones? Don’t ever go with this bank, I plan on moving as soon as I’m able.

Worst baking experience ever, you can't do anything thorough the drive thru other than deposits or withdrawal. I also financed my vehicle through Wells Fargo and it has been the worst experience ever, they make it next to impossibleto make a payment. When you call for help with your IRA or account they place you on endless hold or department transfers for my IRA. I am finally moving my last account of many the heck out of this bank. Never again!! My advice stay FAR FAR away from any dealing with Wells Fargo as a whole.

Would give 0 stars if I could. ATM locations on Andrews Hwy out of money and the ATM on University with no power for over two weeks. I'd give 0 stars if I could to this pathetic outfit.

Waited in drive thru line for 20 min. to cash a Wells Fargo check. They refuse to cash thru the drive thru because I don't have an account with them. I would have to park and go in main bank after waiting 20 min and I am on a walker, unable to walk well. They have no clue what customer service is.
