I bought $60 worth of food including 6 LG grapefruit. I used a rewards card I received from electric company. The grapefruit was dry inside, clearly Ling over due stock. Try to return it and they tell me I did not buy it there. We go back and forth then I pull out receipt and wallah now they can find me! Oh let's not forget I was on hold for 45 minutes trying to get a manager! Never answered!

So my wife took her car to get the tires rotated and balance . Also put a new tire on one of the rims . These dumb people really took off her caliper screws that hold it to the braking system and rotor and failed to put it back on this making the caliper slip off while DRIVING ! down I-20 ! These people need better service care about this . All the managers could say was they don't mess with the calipers at all . They never touch them . Obviously someone does cause even if the screws magically broke ! The cars caliper has four screws holding it together . All four were missing . On top of all that these dumb people let my wife leave without balancing the tires or putting weights on them ! But charged her .

I hate using self checkouts and it seems like that is your only option. They don't have a large selection of different brands anymore. No customer service what so ever. Most of them don't even speak English. If you can even find a worker your lucky. If you try to ask a worker anything most of them claim they don't speak English so they don't have to help you. Most all the workers are on their phones not working. Defiantly gone way down. Prices are never on things and usually in the wrong place and they will not give you the price it's under no matter if there is a whole stack there under that price.

Awful service as usual. I've ordered from the delivery side around 50 times now. I've had issues about 40 times now. They will toss you from one rep and a store to a rep at the call center and back until you get tired of trying to get a issue fixed. Exactly what you would expect from your neighborhood Walmart in this day and time. They are denying they delivered my last order from their store even though it arrived about a hour after I placed it. They are saying it was fulfilled through marketplace. Now if that were true, that would be impressive. Picked and fulfilled, shipped and delivered, all within one hour! That's fast!

On October 1st we made the mistake of going to wm to get my husband a new TV and a few groceries. When we got back to electronics, we realize that the TV he won it was not on the floor. the kid working in electronics said that he could not get the TV by himself and his coworker would be back to help him in about 20 minutes. after about an hour we watch this kid get a car to take it to the back get the TV and bring it out. Well, we did not see was anyone helping him. During our wait my husband call customer service to find out if there was anyone else in the store that can help this kid. my husband was hung up on twice. I called and was hung up on. When I called back, I was on hold for over 15 minutes. after about 10 minutes I had walked up to customer service to ask if anyone can help this kid. and find out why we were hung up on. I never did get an answer. Just an apology. which is great, but that doesn't give me back the time I wasted in your store.. It doesn't fix the frozen foods that are melting in my cart. After we checked out the door, greeter checked our ticket on the way out the door.. Then we were told that we could not take the TV. After about five minutes, the woman changed her mind and we were allowed to leave with our TV. We were told that day that the store manager was on vacation I would not be back until the end of the week. when we got home my husband called home office. The person at home office promised us that the store manager would be calling us back within 24 to 48 hours. Today is October 27. We still have not received a call. Walmart has worn out The concept of convenience. nothing that happened in your store that day was convenient for us.. We are closer to market Street target and H-E-B . From now on, we will be doing your shopping there.

They suck a$$, one they never answer their phones, two they call you you try to call back no answer, 5 people standing in customer service only one person working. Walmart is the worst place ever which is why I never come here.

They got one star ONLY because you have to select one to leave a review. Nothing but problems with this store. While I have had like two people help me out in the first issue, the lady who loaded my order today could not have been more rude.. I know it makes no difference to them, but I'll never shop at this store again. If you're have a choice, choose a different location.

Worst store ever !! Took 2 hours for a pickup order. Rude. Wont ever answer the phone.
