I had a wonderful experience at this Walgreens thanks to Daisy. She is incredibly kind, helpful, and patient throughout my visit. Whether it was answering my questions, helping me find what I needed, or just offering a friendly smile, her customer service was outstanding. You can tell she truly cares about her work and the people who walk through the door. It made a big difference in my day, and I appreciate her hard work. This Walgreens is lucky to have such a dedicated team member!

I have gone to this store many times already and everytime i go i always have had trouble looking for stuff but this lady by the name of Daisy always helps me! shes super nice and sweet and always has patience with me. I can tell she enjoys helping people so i wanted to leave this review especially since Daisy is always there to help me. I really hope y’all get to meet this young lady.

The stars are for the customer service not the product. I ordered 6 of the wood panels for Christmas gifts this year and was having so much trouble getting them made. The original person who dealt with the order had marked them as complete when they actually weren’t yet, so I received emails that my order was ready, which it wasn’t. After 2 more attempts at pick up, after 2 days, (for a “same day” pick up policy) finally a staff member dedicated her time to complete them within a couple hours. She was apologetic and very helpful and did her best to make the panels with the material provided. While I was waiting in the store, I noticed how time consuming it was for her to make these and it did not look easy. I was also skeptical because they were not at all what I had anticipated, literally a printed photo glued to the wood. She let me see one, which had glue strings all over the photo, so she remade it, happily. The rest looked fine in store but then when I brought them home to wrap and mail, we noticed the wood was very poor quality, the edges were uneven, glue was showing, bumps were under the surface of the photo. Just overall really poor quality, design, and equipment. Again, not the employees fault or lack of her effort. The Walgreen’s company needs to improve the material and probably the process of making these products for the price. I even had a discount code and it wasn’t worth the cost. I called again to inquire about a refund and the member on the phone was very understanding and said it was no problem. The staff resolved this issue (which was not their fault) respectfully and timely and I would recommend business here.
However, I do NOT recommend the wood photo panels. Just an unattractive, cheap product that I would be so embarrassed to gift. I attached the product description to show how the wording discrepancy really oversells the actual panel. It is NOT printed ON “a colorful, glossy wood panel” or even transferred. It is literally your printed photo poorly glued to the panel (you can see the edges) . I guarantee this could be accomplished with nicer finished results at home, with Mod Podge.

They were swamped today, so extend grace! If they’re short-staffed, that’s probably a management/corporate issue and not their fault. Don’t be the one chewing them out. Be the one giving kindness and words of encouragement. 😀

This pharmacy has gone to shambles. It doesn't make any sense to ship our perscription to another city to have it filled, only to make them have time to answer questions. It doesn't make sense why I have to wait 4 days for medication.....

This Walgreens is simply ridiculous.. Waited over 30 min in the drive through with no one in front of me instead of asking a customer in the other lane to come inside bc they had their order all messed up they allowed them to sit there and hold up the other line for much longer.. when I left that car was still there in the other lane, when I finally got my prescription not only was that customer still trying to get her order correct but they gave me the wrong one and I had to go inside to get it correct, the speaker system was so bad I couldn't understand what they were saying... Get a new speaker system please and have drivers that their order is messed up, ask them to come inside

Time and time again I've seen negative reviews for this store, but what most people don't understand is you are a customer not god, patience goes a long way for a store that is located in a hot spot in town.
The prescriptions here have been filled for me in a timely manner always and customer service is quick, concise and friendly, you just have to be friendly back.
The workers are human, you are human. Grow up and get your medicine like an adult.
