Time and time again I've seen negative reviews for this store, but what most people don't understand is you are a customer not god, patience goes a long way for a store that is located in a hot spot in town.
The prescriptions here have been filled for me in a timely manner always and customer service is quick, concise and friendly, you just have to be friendly back.
The workers are human, you are human. Grow up and get your medicine like an adult.

Guy who was working the register in the pharmacy needs to be trained on how to operate the register and the operating system for prescriptions. Took him forever to find the prescriptions (not sure if it's a system problem or people problem). Then once he found it he kept having to reprint the label for it like 6 different times and kept trying to scan it to get me checked out but it wasn't working. So it was pretty obvious that he needs to be better trained on handling the register at the pharmacy.

only because I can't give a zero. I started using Walgreens in 2011 when I had a job that required extensive travel. in 2018 I settled in Odessa and started using the Walgreens on 42 and Grandview. It has been a headache since the beginning. I have been on insulin for 55 years and the insulin pump for 22 years. I don't know how many times I have had to fight with them to get insulin. it's a constant circus with them, the doctor's office, and insurance. Now it's Medicare What a nightmare. I think I'm the first medicare patient they ever had. Take your business elsewhere.

Their customer service is terrible, the cashiers and pharmacy techs are the rudest individuals I have ever seen in customer service. The pharmacist themselves are the only pleasant ones I ever encounter in the pharmacy, everyone else is rude and has a constant bad attitude and poor customer service skills.

Arrived they said it will be 15 minutes. After an hour and a half this is ridiculous. No wonder they have 2 stars. Worse part is I don't think they care. I guess it's time go somewhere else

Made an appointment for a COVID test. Showed up to my appointment on time with all my information needed. However, Jen from the pharmacy didn't want to do her job. She tried to upsell me a $130 COVID test instead of the $20 COVID test that I came in for. She lied and said she couldn't find my information in the system and that if I wanted to have my COVID test done I would have to pay for the $130 one.While this debate was happening I scheduled a new COVID test with CVS. I left Walgreens without a COVID test even though I had an appointment scheduled and was paying for the test. Jen you are very unprofessional!PS. once I got to CVS guess who called me? Jen! She wanted to let me know that she found my information and that I was correct and that I could come back to now get my $20 COVID test taken. No thank you Jen!

Pharmacy dept. is the most terrible, uncaring group of incompetent folks I've EVER DEALT WITH!!! I take my business elsewhere now. I'm asthmatic and if my life were in their hands, I'd be dead. Go anywhere else but HERE for medication! ...YOU'RE MENTAL HEALTH depends on it!

I asked the pharmacist for advice and she was SO RUDE and said they wouldn't have anything that would help me at all. I did a little research and they had SEVERAL medications that could help.i really wish someone would re educate the entire store on customer service. Seriously it's terrible!!! They should be embarrassed.
