Honestly this is one of the better locations I have been to! These 2 lovely ladies, Katie and Taeden were able to assist me with my huge shopping spree. So I’ll be looking forward to seeing these 2 ladies again.

Honestly it’s no surprise to just add to the list of bad reviews. One of the pharmacists told me that my prescription would be filled and ready by 1 pm. I took an uber to this location and waited behind three cars almost 15 mins just to be told they didn’t know if it would be mins or hours for my prescription to be ready that my insurance didn’t provide them a price for the script or co-pay which is all weird never heard of it honestly both odessa locations are awful I encountered a rude worker as well. After asking for a manager the lady says you probably talked to customer service or we probably told you it would be ready sometime today because we didn’t anticipate your insurance not providing a price. Wish I could be compensated for my treatment today.?

I went to pick up my prescriptions at this pharmacy which was supposed to be open 24 hours. When I arrived at the location at 11:00pm it was closed with a sign in the window saying new hours from 8:00am -10:00pm. Very disappointing

Wow! Been here 20 minutes and only 1 car has moved. There are still 3 ahead of me. Looks like I’ll be here over 30-40 minutes. This is totally insane. Don’t come here for medicines.

Worst pharmacy by far!! Latica has no urgency at all!! Been here 40 min for 1 cough syrup that was ready!! I will never be back and contacting corporate offices.

Starting to get pissed off everytime I go to this pharmacy they would tell me the medication is out of stock I may go somewhere else to get my prescriptions I used to like this pharmacy but not lately when I call them lately I have to wait on the phone for 20 minutes before I get a real person on line seems like the pharmacy department is always short staffed lately getting very frustrated with them

So I always see a lot of bad reviews. Of course when coming to prescriptions it’s when you have a bad experience (myself included) we leave a review!
I just wanted to say Kate was amazing. Answered my question and helped me out.
So just wanted to leave a positive comment. And appreciative for Kate at this pharmacy!

Absolutely no customer service skills at the Pharmacy. Staff is rude as all get out lazy they act like we the customers are a bother to them abd making them work. No greeting at all.
DO NOT FILL PRESCRIPTIONS HERE. ..Long wait for mo reason just laziness
