RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! “MANAGER” or whoever that was that’s in charge needs to be replaced fired or TRAINED! Obviously hates her job and makes the customers feels like it’s their fault. Didn’t print my order, told me they forgot to come back in 20 min…I came back over an hour later so that the other employee tells me he doesn’t know where she put my prints. She’s bz counting money and didn’t want to bother her. Asked me if I still wanted him to call her, I most definitely did! So he called her and she comes with her cup taking her sweet time and says she forgot because she’s been so bz and she has to count money. It doesn’t take that long to set up the printer to print a file awaiting approval!! Never have I ever been so frustrated with someone. Corporate needs to make better decisions with who they place as management.

Had the worst experience yesterday. I was ready to check out and so I walked to the checkout counter. There was a woman there asking for help with her items--you know those people who hold up the line and make the employee go and fetch something from the aisles--those people. One employee goes and helps her, and one stays up front. I'm thinking she's going to check me out but when I walk up, she says that the lane is closed and to go to the other register-- very rudely, might I add. The other employee is still helping the lady and so I'm waiting for him to come back, meanwhile there's a line behind me also getting upset at the long wait. Once the guy checks me out, not once does he apologize for the wait or anything. After I pay, I start to walk out, and I hear the guy say to the lady that was after me, "I'll be right with you," and he walks off. She of course sighs angrily and rightfully so. The lady in front of me held up the line and they only had one lousy register open. The employees were rude and wouldn't apologize for the long wait and for only having one register open. They should just have a self-checkout at this point, they clearly don't want to do their job or acknowledge customers. These smaller stores are supposed to be convenient for a reason. You walk in grab what you need, and are out in minutes but no, not this Walgreens.

Can’t read a prescription bottle that says 1 refill left. will argue with you that I’m wrong and they are right. Moving prescriptions to a different pharmacy.

On February 14, I was in the store and Miss MARIA GIRÓN gave me EXCELLENT customer service, she was very patient with me and took a lot of time to help me and explain to me what I needed to know. I mentioned to him that he was very kind and he replied that that was his job, to make sure that customers left happy with the customer service, but WE ALL know that NOT all cashiers or workers are kind and patient with customers. Therefore I give a 10/10 to Miss GIRÓN ??????

I tested positive from the $25 covid test . Somehow that isn’t enough to “ prove” I’m Positive . Gave them 3 homePositive test from 2 , $20 test . Still wouldn’t approve . Wouldn’t give me glove or anything since I’m not “ paying “ for them . This is a country in a full pandemic 2 years later and they are actually like I’m lying. You rock at this location! With staffing shortages, it’s hard to find someone who cares and tries as hard as the manager at this location on 7-20-22. She was courteous and doing her best even as she said there were complaints about the understaffing. It’s certainly not her fault and she and the other employee deserve kudos for all their efforts!

Rudest staff ever!! I pulled up at 6:58 (they close at 7) some weird looking lady with blonde hair and glasses, looked like she was rejected from Little House on the Prairie, rolled her eyes as I started knocking on window,,. When I asked if they closed at 7 she said yes, but it was 6:59 by time she got to me!!! Very unprofessional,,, go to CVS,, they don’t want your business.
