It's a robbery, I paid them for my internet service explaining that the service was failing and they only stole my money, because they wash their hands, when you tell them beforehand that you want a solution, they are already going to discontinue the service because they make you a Do I charge for something that is no longer going to work? And to top it all off, they evade answers, you bunch of rats!

Which is the first shipping company that keeps what they charge. If in Mexico they cannot get the money and you cancel it, they will not return the shipping charge.
