Very disappointed. If you are going to make a contract with them you have to have everything very clear. Well, you go first and they make you an offer and then you go and they tell you another. First they tell you that you are going to pay one amount and then it is another. They should hire more competent people.

This location has been the only one to help us and have the best customer service.. we were in and out in 30 minutes with 3 things completed. Best 2 employees working there .

Had a phone emergency. Lady was nice and got me put back together. 4 stars because she was also alone and was very busy so it took a couple hours to get out.

I went to this store to upgrade my phone. I should have known when I walked in and was the only one in the store. They have Verizon on the front of the building but they are a contract facility. I was quoted 171 to upgrade my phone and agreed to this. I was there for 3 hours while the girl tried to set the phone up and kept calling numerous people to help her. Needless to say she set it up wrong several times. When she did get it setup and I went to pay she said that will be 373 dollars. I immediately told her no she had said 171 the staff argued with me until one slipped and said we said 171 dollars. They still gave me a hard time when I asked the to give my phone back and turn it back on. The initially said they couldn't and then after some discussion which was not nice they turned it back on. I left the store with my phone. I called Verizon the following morning and upgraded my phone for the I-phone14 max plus for 90 dollars with verizon which is even better than the phone they were trying to get me to buy. I would not recommend this store unless you want to wait forever, deal with incompetent staff and pay way more than you should.

Sales reps refuse to get out of chair…. Sat and ate lunch with friends in front of customers and other sales rep refused to call or get any help at all.

Worse store ever!! Employees are rude, helpless, and very unprofessional. They should work at Dunkin Donuts. The experience they have and work ethics they provide are ridiculous.

Marina did amazing at giving me info about trading in my phone for a new one, made the process PAINLESS and headache free! I’ve never had such an amazing experience and definitely recommend her!
