Went in to switch carriers and the salesperson was not knowledgeable or able or willing to even begin to try and help me. I asked 4-5 simple questions, got no answers or any attempt to answer and left within 5 mins. Obviously they have enough customers and don't need to take on any more

The sales lady was very professional and had a easy going demeanor. I liked the way that she handled our request, she was extremely knowledgeable and very competent. She even helped a fellow customer and coworker while she was helping my wife and me usually that would have made me blow a gasket but she remained calm and professional and her walking us out was friendly. She deserves a raise!
