Don’t go and buy phones from this location, I ended up paying 800 dollars for the 1st month on my bill because they charged me with some activation fee and come to find out and called Verizon and they don’t have any record or proof of what I paid for so they charged me twice , saying that I have to deal with the store because they don’t have any idea on what I was charge for

Russell Cellular authorized retailer of Verizon Wireless they can do better by greeting people and not charging the overfeed when they buy phone or helping them with their phone they can do better by giving them help and free help not charging them they'll receive drafts

Went in to switch carriers and the salesperson was not knowledgeable or able or willing to even begin to try and help me. I asked 4-5 simple questions, got no answers or any attempt to answer and left within 5 mins. Obviously they have enough customers and don't need to take on any more
