My interaction began with please pardon my inexperience, and ended with go to the back of the line, about that fast. I waited in line half an hour for that, a line which is now over an hour long, thus private shipping it is! I consider it a lesson learned and will not consider usps for outbound shipping again. What a waste of time!

Worst service DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION . I sent my mom to send a package ?, the lady suggested a small box for tenis shoes for it instead of the flat rate box , she end up paying $60Why would you suggest this method ? I can’t stand when people try to screw people over

3+ yrs with a rented P.O Box at this location. Shanon and the other Tellers have provided Great customer service and safely held my package while I'm out of town. I have seen the bad attitudes of the people in line at different occasions and those are likely the people who leave the bad reviews.

Disorganized mess, the lady in front don't know her name she is an older women that is rude to everyone even her staff in the back you can hear her complaining with them not taking responsibility for their mistakes and advising someone else in back questioning her it's customers fault. I renewed my PO Box there only because I need it for work but wish it wasn't my only option as it is a mess with that terrible women always there to help customers. Also this is an oil feild location and needs to have measures to cater to it's customers and not close so early or have some common sense on how to help us get our packages after hours.
