I went in last weekend and I was looking for a mac blush that I had seen online. I saw an associate helping some customers by the mac aisle, discussing different products and advising them. I waited for her to be done. I then asked if they had the specific blush shade, and she immediately said “No” without looking and proceeded to roll her eyes and walk away. Keep in mind, I have worked in retail before so I made sure to look online to see if the store had this blush available and the website said yes. If she was rude to me, someone who’s pretty good at makeup, imagine a customer coming in for their first time. That would be pretty discouraging honestly!!!

I couldn’t give 0 for star, but I would. I was visiting out of town and decided to get my hair retouched so I would be ready for the holidays. I came out having all sorts of oranges on my hair as highlights. The worst salon service and experience. I told her that the highlights were too orange, and she told me that all I needed to do was purple shampoo. I insisted and told her no, you need to fix this, so she called her manager, who had pink hair, and she just told her to add some toner, but it made it worse. I told her to finish washing my hair. All I wanted was to get out of there. I chose Ulta, thinking they are a professional hair stylist or have individuals qualified to do these services. I called the 1800 # to make a complaint, and they told me the store would call me, but I’m still waiting. Please do not go to this ULTA.

Was there yesterday and the lady at checkout was rude after she was complaining on everyone calling in to another co worker, never told me the name on my account when it came down to emailing my receipt I said that’s not the correct email her reply was you agreed to the name I said excuse me I never heard you say the name after I gave you my # she rudely continued checking me out I grabbed my stuff and said thanks have a good day she ignored me completely she needs customer service training

There was no Customer service. The manager after I had asked for assistance said he would find one of his employees to help me. They didn’t come. I expressed it was my roommates birthday and was looking for a gift. I was watched in the store also during my visit just never approached for service. My experience today was rude on their part and very uncomfortable for me.

The help is good but when it comes to the signs that say purchase $25 of whatever name brand get a free gift… we’ll there is no free gift. They should take those signs off. That’s false advertising and I’ll be calling the 800 number cuz this is the 3rd time they tell me there’s no free gift.

My daughter was there in line, a manager received a call from someone inquiring about about a job they interviewed for and and the manager was rude and disrespectful about the person, in front of my daughter and other customers. When checking my daughter out, asked if she had an account. When my daughter said no, she threatened her with not getting a refund if something goes wrong with her products. This is unbecoming of a manager to be so blatantly disrespectful of the customers, who are the reason she has a job. This does not inspire my daughter, nor anyone else to utilize the services of this store. I like to treat my daughter with gift cards and will not do so with this store. The manager needs sensitivity training, along with better customer service. People are treated better at the dollar tree than at this ulta…

sephora was way better when it was still here. the girls that work here at ulta lack customer service skills and are ditsy. i was standing at a the only register with a worker and she looked at me made a face and dipped. and while im still waiting there someone in the line behind me gets checked out before me. i was waiting for someone to tell me where to go to get checked out. because apparently the register i was at was closed and the cashier didn’t have half the mind to let me know. And the cashier that was checking people up also ignored me. And at that the managers where all clumped up by the online pickup stand very obviously ignoring me and complaining about “we dont make sales” anyways, one finally decides to help me and goes “oh well i ~guess~ i’ll check you out here.” like how professional of ya’ll.

My hair stylist and I were working toward a color style my 3rd appointment she used a darker toner and changed the look of my hair and color I had paid for so disappointed. This was my 2nd bad experience with different stylist choosing to find a stylist outside of Ulta feel like Ulta did me dirty twice

So disappointed with the scalping I received via hairdresser Tony. I’d finally grown my hair out for the cut I provided as reference. I will never shop Ulta, Odessa, again. So disappointed.

I'm going to start off by saying I've never been to someone for a haircut and got treated so badly. I left in tears. A stylist should never argue with a client on how they want their haircut. Just to get the length I wanted she argued bc she likes long hair. Then she belittled me with the ugliest tone that I needed to take care of my hair better. I use high end products I put money into my hair i only get my haircut maybe once a yr due to my mental illness. I have terrible anxiety and depression and to be talked down to by someone who is suppose to help you is the most degrading thing I've ever gone through. Ulta in odessa get your stylist under control. I understand she was upset she worked alone but she didn't have to throw it in my face how she was doing me a favor along with the rude remarks. Makes me never want to get my hair done again. Which is something I was just getting over. Also she laughed about not finishing my hair and left loads of products in from the wash. My hair felt disgusting after.

I witnessed horrible treatment from the "store manager" towards an employee. There is no respect in this location. Employees are so ugly towards CUSTOMERS. You’d expect management to at least be "nice", but it is the complete contrary. I was in the store today shopping when i heard the "store manager" publicly screaming at one of her employees. That should be done professionally. Not in public. Employee was doing her job and she just got in trouble for something so ridiculous. The manager (out loud) told another employee that "she wished that she could just punch the employee (victim) in the face." I don't care who was in the wrong, but that was so unprofessional of the "manager" to say that out loud.
