This place is awesome, storage is clean and easy to set up. The truck was very clean and well taken care of. All the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and also friendly. Unusual for Odessa. The facility has everything you need to move and more!

Horrible customer service. Had a reservation for a Sat at noon for a truck & trailer. Had to push it back to 2 pm. 2 pm comes & we then get a call that the trailer we needed was rented to someone else & so agreed to wait til Sun to get them. Sun comes & the person that rented to trailer didn't return it. Eddie was very frustrating to work with & caused a huge inconvenience for us that we have now had to made 2 trips back to Odessa to complete the move instead of doing it in 1 trip.

Reba and Eric are the best . **** They were very considerate, helped us every step of the way which made the whole process a breeze! Don't hesitate, I have been to other U-Hauls and NEVER recieved service as good as I did when I went to this location. Thankful to the whole team! Damien too!

I just went in there for boxes and moving supplies and a couple questions about state to state moving, and Damian was one of the most helpful people ever! He is so full of knowledge and personal experience in this area he helped me out tremendously. He was able to recommend certain things, and give me quotes on things to help me out on my move but I wasn’t expecting to get today. I went in there thinking I was going to purchase things and ended up leaving with more knowledge than I could’ve accumulated through Google and all the phone calls I’ve made about state to state moving over the last three weeks. He was also very attentative and was also able to handle other customers and employees while still taking care of me. I appreciate the care in this regard that he took and I believe he should definitely get a raise! Thank you Damian!
