We have used Triple C (Lately known as Dyversatech) for more than 20 years since they opened shop on N. Dixie. For years they custom built our computers and installed and maintained our home network. Class Triple AAA, Shawn will be sorely missed and impossible to replace.

Now Dyversatech is really bad , had them copy my old hard drive to new computer, when I went to look at my old tax returns all was there is desktop icons no files. Spent 100 bucks for nothing, will never use them again

Took my pc in for repair, Told them it would randomly windows shutdown, no blue screens or pitch black shutdown just windows is shutting down. Paid for a diagnostic testing waited 7 days later I'm told the motherboard, CPU, and hard drives where dead. Asked them basic pc building questions and left. ordered new parts and replaced them and again same problem random windows shutdowns. went somewhere else for a second opinion and literally solved the problem in 5 minutes the pc case power button was faulty thus the reason for shutdowns. The fact that they over looked this problem makes me question what they did in 7 days time truly questionable work.

*********** AMAZING STAFF & TOP NOTCH SERVICE!!!! *********** This review is long overdue ... the folks at Triple C Computers brought my computer back to life. Not only did they fix after I had dropped, Brennan recommended external drive for proper storage after I was freaking out about losing time sensitive information. Also, forgot to mention, I'm in town from Austin and so glad Triple C came to the rescue. People kept telling me to go to Best Buy. NOPE!!!! I like to support Local Businesses rather than Big tech Corporations. Thank you Jerry for your prompt attention and Brennan, you guys ROCK!
