They never answer the phone rude customer service. I went in 1 time with 600 in my pocket I wanted an rc car at the time they had a traxxas that I wanted and was willing to pay what they wanted for it but first I want to pop the body off with them standing there to make sure everything was there they were very rude about it and told me that if i didn't buy it i couldnt pull the body off which is only four pins on the outside of the body and the body slides right off so i said screw it and walked out. I've been to plenty of rc shops across the u.s. and every place I've ever been they will gladly pull it out of the box pull the body etc before you buy especially beings you spend good money for name brand rc products they wanted 400 for there at the time I should've been able to pull the body for the price I was willing to spend until they were as rude as they were. That's why I gave a one star rating along with they never ever answer their phone. Why even have a phone number to call. Only way I've been able to make contact was in person and I live 20 miles away.
