I drove up to the location and parked where there was a sign that said wait here for service. I waited, then waited some more had a couple employees look at me a few times without acknowledging me and then waited some more probably about 10 minutes before drove off and went to take five.
Don’t waste your time at this place they don’t really care for your business. They want to go out of business.

What a fantastic, easy, and friendly experience! I just moved to town and came by for an inspection (TSI). Even though there were a line of cars when I arrived, I was in and out within 20 minutes - and they even fixed my undercarriage cover at no charge!From start to finish I was met by smiling, smart, and hardworking teammates. 5 STARS all the way!Fully recommend!!!

Just a simple oil change. I have a ram ecodiesel. I've never paid more than $140 to change the oil, filter & labor. My wife took my truck in because I'm at work. She reported back to me that it was $215. I was shocked. She showed me receipt. The receipt did not make sense. FS light duty diesel full synthetic oil cost $101.99. Oil filter cost $0. Rotella 5w20 oil cost $95.94. My wife went back & talked to a different person who hadn't originally charged her. The person did not understand the charges either. The worker called over the manager & they admitted to making a mistake & gave my wife a refund & total price came to $180 instead of $215.I've worked in my late teens / early 20's for a lube shop, so i know the business decently. The bill / receipt needs to be legible. Not confusing. Also by far my most expensive oil change. No certified oil filter. Just a cheap plain one. Certified ram filter is pricey, but that is not what I received. Receipt also showed $22.04 for labor. She asked how much labor would be if I brought my own oil & filter & they said $35.99. This place was just confusing & I feel they will take advantage of customers. Nearly a 30% increase on an oil change elsewhere.Charge what you guys want, but please be transparent to what you are charging customers. It's stressful.Service: Oil change
