This store is horrible. Everything is thrown all over the floor and nothing is organized on the shelves at all. Very unpleasant experience. Corporate needs to step in and take over management.

This store is getting worse, and worse. Messy, unorganized, pallets on the sales floor in the toys department just takes 1 trip and fall for a really bad injury... management needs to step it up and start getting this store back on track... all these employees and some of the cashiers don't smile, or talk they seem unhappy to be there... sad/disappointing

Went to Starbucks. Horrible customer service I’m usually not a “Karen” but on this day I went to Starbucks a girl took my order I believe her name was ashlin or somewhere along those lines and she was very rude to me. I’m a soft spoken person and she told me I needed to “speak up” in a very rude manner. I never felt so humiliated…

the store is always unorganized, go back carts are just left in the middle of the aisles with no employees around. the younger workers just stand around gossiping until called upon on the walkies. heavily agree with the other reviews stating the fact the store is filthy and unorganized. shelves are rarely ever restocked due to the fact the boxes just sit in the aisle for 45 minutes to hours with no employees touching them.

The Odessa store was trashed and so unorganized. The cashier blamed it on the customers. But the store had only been open about 20 minutes at that point.

Worst target in the world. Stores trashed every time you come in. The management team should be fired for how they let this store operate. Most of the employees are rude especially the ones handling the online orders. Every time you visit here you can bet that you will find all sorts of trash and out of place items on pretty much every shelf. I understand customer service isn’t the best job in the world, I work in the field as well but I know better than to treat customers like a burden, witch if your shopping here they will make sure that you know you are. I feel bad for the few good employees that do work here and hope that they can either replace the management team or find a better job. Save you money I would rather shop literally anywhere else in Odessa.

Cashier was friendly. Store was organized when I went in. The store clerks are always trying their best to keep it clean and organized for shoppers.

Waited on hold for electronics department for an hour, tried three times that day and three times the next day each time the hold got longer. Never got to speak to anyone but the ??Operator, won't be shopping there I'll stick with Walmart ty
