I recommend them. The employee who helped me went above and beyond. I'm on oxygen and walking and breathing is a struggle for me. He did everything possible to help me with my order. He was so polite and courteous.

I went into your store today and took the ecig I was having trouble with for them to look at and lance took the ecig and was trying to get it to work and asking all the right questions . he ended up keeping the ecig and working on it . well he got it to work and called me. I was so happy. while I was there I bought another ecig at a discount and then I got a new juice .I think lance was the perfect guy to talk to . please tell him thanks again from me. signed A very satisfied customer Leianne Byler.

Well we went in and bought a vape and some juice and went home. We couldn’t get the vape to work so we took it back up there for help and they seemed disinterested in helping but they did. Then the vape leaked when we got it home , we took it back for help with that. They helped us . Then the coil went out immediately when we got home do he took it back up there with receipt snd they said there was nothing they could do to help us . I believe it was just a bad vape. We have shopped there for years regularly and Bought 7 Vapes and many juices with no problems with them. We like the store. We just don’t care that much about the new employees there now. They acted like we bothered them. The others employees were so helpful before this bunch came along. Don’t you have a 30 day return policy if the vape is bad? We had receipt and all.My husband said we could get more help on line . He was joking with me. But please ask them to be nicer and go by the rules. We were out 45.00$ on a bad vape from there. Thank you for listening. We truly love the store just had a bad experience.
