Knowledgeable about my Suburu and the confusing oil and transmission fluid caps. They used a different process to remove the oil, so there was no confusion about the two fluids. The guys were great answering my questions. I've been a long time customer and will continue to use their services.

Customer service was great, all the guys were friendly. However my air filter wasn’t checked and neither were my tires. I had to ask for my windshield fluid to be topped off. These are services that are supposed to be included in a oil change and they check the boxes and say they were checked however they were not.
