This was very easy and not crowded. I must say that the price of a cell phone is outrageous. But this is the cost of technology, I suppose. My previous phone was a good one(Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra.I cracked the screen in the first few days of ownership and have used it anyway. It preformed well despite the crack!!

The girls in the Metro T-Mobile store at the Music City Mall was very nice and friendly! They were also very helpful and got me set up on my prepaid plan and since I brought in my own phone it's saved me $10 and my bill is going to be less than $40 a month!!! And I'm impressed with their internet speed!

More then happy to finally receive some actual help from a T-Mobile team member after getting run around in midland tx stores called up here ms lexi was able to help me,right away all on the phone without me even having to leave midland & go up there recommend this store compared to all T-Mobile store's in midland.

Horrible customer service. My wife and I have been SPRINT customers for 16.5 years. We were recently forced to swith to t mobile when we go the home internet service. We have been having an issue with the service for the past 2 days. I came into this store for assistance. The 2 girls in the store were extremely disrespectful. Acted like they didn't want to help me. When they finally decided to help me. They said that im not on the account. Made me call my wife to have her call t mobile to put me on the account since she wasnt here.The guy that switched us over forgot to do it. Go to Midland, they take better care of their customers!!

Amazing ladies...Mirylsa and Leticia help me and my best friend so much.. with the sticky notes and the long nails these ladies rock...they helped more customer series at 1800 number...they need more than a gift card.....

This store was very helpful from cellular service to 5G internet. Great customer service with these ladies and not to mention the Manager was very attentive making sure her employees were not needing additional assistance to answer all of our questions.

I enjoyed visiting this store when I was shopping around looking for a phone for my daughter. The sales associate that helped me name was Asia, she has great customer service and was helpful in answer all one million of my questions.
