I used to like coming in here every morning before work. But now I'm so disappointed in this store the last four times I have come in they mess up my tacos or they have hair in them that's just plain nasty and the people who work here do not speak English at all so frustrating for my kids.

Not 24 hours as the time say been here a few times after 1am for like emergency milk or meds but never open past that time always have to go to the market street or pilot down the ways that are 24hours

This store (#807) is supposed to be open 24/7, but every time I go there (between 1 and 4 am) the doors are locked. Today marks the 10th time since the start of December that I've tried (and failed) to go to this store. I understand there's only one person on shift and they have to lock the doors when they go away from the front counter but this is just wild.

So I've never been so embarrassed in my life. it's like 1 in the morning I'm on my way home from a Christmas family gathering . I stopped at the stripes there on West University to get some gas and get some snacks. this old man named jim or tim that looks about 80 and he's been doing dope 60 of his years of his life. he comes to the aisle where the candy is as I'm grabbing a couple things of candy off the shelf. He asked me very rudely can I help you find something. I respond with it's not a very big store sir I'm just grabbing a couple snacks. he kind of Huff's and laughs and walks back to the register to help a customer that the register. So I grab my snacks and I head up to the register right after him cuz I felt disrespected. And while I'm in line he goes what's in your pockets did you just stick some candy in your pockets. There was four or five other people in the store. How embarrassing like I make over $100,000 a year I'm driving a nice car I'm dressed nice I don't look like I'm stealing and I definitely don't stick anything in my pockets and he totally just embarrassed me in front of a bunch of people in the store for no reason. Dude looks like the biggest tweaker I mean they couldn't find anybody else to work the register then some old man with no teeth that accuses people of stealing. Dude was bouncing around couldn't stand still like. If I was stripes I'd probably fire this guy before he ends up causing me to have a lawsuit. My wife used to manager stripes like I totally know that's against policy if you didn't see somebody stealing you can't accuse him of it and I didn't steal anything so he's definitely in the wrong and against policy and he bears the heck out of me. Anyways I would stay clear this place if you can avoid it at night,and if your female he definitely looks like a creeper I probably wouldn't go in there by myself at night. And this is meant for the stripes that is on West University not 1936

One Star if that......EVERYTIME I go to stripes EVERY person who works there(NOT JUST ONE) ALL of them are extremely rude,how'd all these drug attics get hired? I seen the skinny black girl smoking METH out of a light bulb behind the building in a car.all the workers were rude tonight,refused to sell me gas or cigarettes because I seen that girl doing drugs...everytime I come in they make racial slurs and talk under there breathe about my special need brother....the lady's working tonight told my son he's a f****** idiot,yeah a F****** IDIOT he's 4. FOUR YEARS OLD,half of them text and don't pay attention while there ringing my stuff up,slams the change all over the counter,didn't hand it to me OR say sorry when I was on my knees picking it up...BY FAR THE WORSE SERVICE I'VE GOTTEN IN MY LIFE,I'm not from Odessa we're traveling to a funeral..they refused to sell me gas so I'm broken down until my cousins get back with the gas,get this store under control,because I know people who can shut this place down in a heart beat.my uncle's own Loves Gas station,I personally know corporate,my mother is part of corporate,I'm actually going to call her right now.............GOD BLESS ,prayers to your store,please do your jobs....
