No hot water, no WiFi, no ice, obviously no one is vacuuming, and none of the staff seem to care. One of the worst hotels I have ever encountered. I am baffled this hotel has 4.3 stars on google.

When I had an issue with the room it was taken care of immediately.
Good breakfast and really like the social hour.
All personal have great customer service and attitudes.

Great hotel, I like how the lobby is set up. There was a nice meeting room that was perfect for our needs. The GM, Terri, was very friendly and helpful and seems to genuinely care about her guests.
Another shout out to the sales manager, Moriah. She was very friendly and helped us with our needs.
A great aspect of this hotel that I appreciated is the free laundry! Thanks so much!

Liza at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She was very accommodating and over all a wonderful person to interact with. The room was very clean and neat and the breakfast was yummy. I would definitely come back!

Don’t stay here if you want to watch tv, use the internet, wash clothes, or enjoy a good meal! The WiFi won’t even run TikTok/facebook videos or web browsers! The TV says “scrambled channel or weak signal” on 75% of the channels. The washer and dryers are all unplugged and out of order! The “free food” they serve is all finger food and taste like it was made in a microwave.

Was a nice hotel and good location but the housekeeping service was horrible. My and my husband stayed there for two weeks for a work trip and They hardly ever went and took the trash out of my room, never replaced the shower toiletries, never changed the linens, and picked up the towels and didn’t replaced them. We went downstairs and tried to get more and they gave us a hard time getting more. The laundry facilities was out of service as well
Food & drinks: Food was one of the best amenities about the hotels.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, the breakfast and breakfast attendant were so amazing! The room was always spotless when I returned, the only thing that could have been better was the weird smell on the 2nd floor hallways and one of the elevators was down. Other than that I recommend this

Elevator doesn’t work, had to carry my stuff up the stairs, stairs were muddy with dog poop, the hot water only worked in the shower, kitchen cabinet glass door was missing, breakfast was subpar, and mold in the shower. This place represents Odessa perfectly and not IHG Staybridge. The front desk lady in the morning was super rude and I called customer service to submit a complaint. You would think because it’s a Staybridge you’d get a little more quality but I guess not. Second Staybridge I stay at where there is no working elevator and nobody seems to care.

Chose this hotel because was giving the option by the insurance due to a house fire but the house keepers the night clerk (Lisa) and general manager are really unprofessional and shouldn’t be in the hotel business although I can’t say any thing negative about the kitchen captain or the assistant manager Marisa in fact Marisa should be charge and everything would be great but as long as they have have the the current GM and Lisa at the desk I wouldn’t stay here for longer then overnight
