To the ugly girl with the cheap sandles, you don't yell at someone when YOU hit their car!!! Invest in a real doctors coat and do better!!! Don't pick a fight you aren't ready to handle! Also fyi I make 5 more an hour than you so maybe you should get a real job girl! God bless:)

The worst place to go for eye exam!! They don’t care about you at all. Had the most aweful experience with the front desk person. Very rude and not helpful at all don’t go there !!!

I got two pairs of glasses here recently and the service from Nicole was bar-none. So helpful and patient, she knew exactly what i wanted. I recommend anyone that who decides to get glasses here to request her. She’ll take excellent care of you

Very disappointed in the quality of service provided. I was rushed through the process without having anything explained or having my questions answered. I ended up paying a lot more than I was initially told and the girl that was "helping me" could not have cared less. She neglected to explain anything to me. I felt like her attention was elsewhere. I would definitely not go back.

I came in for an exam on 1/26/24, first off i was quoted over the phone that if you bring your own frames its $20 fee plus $50 for lenses once the exam was completed thats when they informed me that it was inaccurate its many othe charges involved which i nevermind and paid anyways. I got my new glasses then once i wore them i begin having major headaches and felt dizzy to he point of almost fainting. I got a ride to go back in following day and inform them that i have had glasses literally my entire life and have had multiple "new prescriptions" which have NEVER gave me headaches or caused me to be dizzy at all. When i asked to speak with a manager they said i was unable to get a refund. I asked for my old lenses back they made a joke out of it about how they cleanup daily and throw out the trash so they wouldnt have them anymore. Then they were laughing at me and making it seem like my situation was funny or not serious telling me oh just dont drive with them if they make you dizzy. Well whats the point in that i hve kids who have to get to school i have a life i have to drive and i cant see so yea i have to drive with my glasses. Jessica and her associates just thought everything was funny when i dont feel i should be made fun of behind a serious situation. Im coming in saying i feel like im going to pass out when i wear the glasses and they joke to eachother about "maybe we gave yiu a wrong prescription " i find zero humor in what i came in for. it seems like from the beginning i was lied to and done wrong. Not to mention NOBODY informs you its not a real Dr youre seeing but a virtual dr on screen you cant even ask questions or address concerns to. The entire situation from the beginning has been nothing but lies and problems.i feel very disrespected by the staff at this location.

Eye doctor is via telemedicine. Went and I could not talk to the doctor with my present day issues. Just sit, look and we have your prescription. When I compared my last prescription to the new one is like I have less of a problem. I went to get more RX, since I need more and now is less. When I asked to speak with another doctor, the representative said is the only doctor. I lost 59 dollars.

I always come here for all my contact needs! I forgot who helped me out one day but her last name was Armendariz, and she helped me out very quickly!

Vision test was decent but glasses were cheap and low quality wasted 300+ on glasses that lasted me less than a year

I want to preface this with saying the ladies helping me today were helpful and professional.I called in today for an eye exam. I was unaware and not told that this would be a virtual exam. The Dr. is on a screen and the exam is all conducted virtually. The only questions asked by the Dr. were to confirm my name and he immediately began the exam. After the exam, he immediately said thank you and off the screen. I was unable to ask any questions, bring up any concerns, or discuss what he had analyzed. I have issues with both of my eyes and today he only handed me a contact prescription for my right eye. The visit felt extremely rushed and now I have to pay to go see another optometrist in person.
