Victoria was awesome! She helped us figure out what happened to our bill, helped us with the info and numbers we needed to correct the problem (as it relates to a different store) and provided us with the information needed to fix our issue. Huge Praise. I’ve had this account for over a decade, I know what good service looks like, my issue was with a different store from less than poor service. I’m really thankful for Victoria.All that being said, I like doing reviews, yes, the lot is clean, the store is clean and parking is abundant. Thanks

Wasn't sure where I need to post a bad review on the little T-Mobile truck because I had such a bad experience. Where do I start, first the sales rep that helped me did a great job but she was super swamped I felt super bad for her because the manager I believe her name was Mel she was just sitting down on her phone expecting the rep to get everyone by herself. Also along with that she is super rude to her employees in front of customers which is not professional at all. It felt more so like if customers were just asking questions she wouldnt care because it wasn't benefiting her "store" she would send them to the main location.

They say good deals/promotion then backtrack and say they made a mistake and charge me as much as possible also knowing that I had no time and needed to have things done. And even at that, allowing people to interrupt who weren't relevant to me getting in and out, thuw taking more time.I feel so completely screwed and will cancel my contract as soon as I am back in the country.I am paying as much as I paid w Verizon and it's not even close to what Verizon provides in service. Plus, I receive alerts on scammers calling, texting and trying to have me click on their links so that they can gain access into what's on my phone.You're better off paying the same or an extra few dollars more w Verizon for so many points.

Alexander Urias went in yesterday to get a tablet and rep said that she needed to activate it (no problem there). When going through the activation process she resetted the password to email acct when there was no need. Said it was part of a 2step verification factor, and no thats bs. Mind you the correct password was provided when adding the email to the tablet. The rep was not knowledgeable, therefore made matters worse. I have the confirmation emails for password change. Now I am having to wait to get this situated with Google.

Crissa the manager was so helpful. All the employees were so nice and great to work with. They all worked together to fix my problem. I've never had such a great experience in a phone store.

Walked in to buy new phones and transfer 2 lines. Could not transfer/ activate my lines after 2 hrs of standing. In the end they Created an account on my name and had to pay for first months service for 2 lines that I had not used( no lines/ no sims/ no devices)because they threatened me with collection notices. Corporate fraud at its finest.STAY AWAY FROM T-MOBILE!I have all the paperwork and will fileComplaint with the necessary agency as I find time. I had to pay the bill in the end after few months of calling -because I did not want it to go to collections and ruin my credit. Why should someone pay for a service that they never used!
